Dress of Dreams?

I admit, I am an M&S shopper. I probably developed this from my Mother who is probably addicted to the shop. One of my earliest memories is going to our local store and as a treat, we would be allowed to go and stroke the velvet dresses that at the time were very popular.

Anyway back to the 21st century and I am in love with their Indigo Collection which has a load of shabby chic / boho style clothing which I think is really versatile  The past few times I have been for a coffee with my Mum, I have been drooling over this gorgeous white lace and mesh dress

Earlier this week my drooling paid off and Mum bought it for me as part of my 21st birthday (2 weeks tomorrow!) present. And I LOVE it!

It has a cami underneath it so you won't bare all and has the most gorgeous lase detailing with a mesh neck.

I'm really looking forward to wearing this with maybe a denim jacket and some gladiators or plain sandals. I think it will even look good with tights and boots in Winter :)

So thank's M&S! And the lady at the till said that this was a fast seller, so get there quick if you fancy one! :)

Spring has Sprung :)

So glad that FINALLY the sun has made an appearance and I can rid of my thick winter coat. I am even tempted to grab a book and go and sit in the garden this afternoon because it is sooo nice!

I always think the world looks nicer in Spring, mainly because of all the pretty flowers, especially in our garden. We are lucky to have quite a big lawn and it is covered with literally hundred of daisy's. So pretty.

These photo's are taken on my Mum's Fujifilm Finepix S1500. I love this camera, seeing as usually I use my phone!

EDIT:- Within 10 seconds of posting this, it rained like I have never seen rain before!

New Nails

-- Sorry about the poor photo quality--

After a long day of revisison / procrastination yesterday, I spent the evening chilled out in my room watching Mi Big Fat Gypsy Fortunes and redoing my nails.
I recently went on a bit of a Boots shopping spree and in my stash purchased these:

Even better the offer was 3 for 2!

I loved the glitter in the Collection polish which is from the Bedazzled Nail Effects Collection. I went for the Razzle Dazzle colour as I thought it would go best with the colours I currently have.

I was also looking for alight summery colour seeing as the spring is now with us! The tangerine colour of this polish is just gorgeous  It is from Rimmel London, 705 Tangy Tangerine. It spreads onto the nail effortlessly and dries fairly rapidly meaning the tacky nail stage canbe avoided!

I had a little fiddle with the two colours and used some of my blue Barry M polish and some Natural Collections polish in white to create the sun. blue sky and clouds on my nails.Sorry the pictures are a bit dodge!

It may be hard to see but I used some dried up white polish and rejuvenated it to dab the clouds on :)

Top Tip: If your nail varnish has dried up and gone tacky in the bottle, simply pour a little bit of nail varnish remover into the bottle and shake it :)

What effects Nail Polish have you used? What were the results?

New Layout

Morning all!

A couple of days ago I decided to change the layout of my blog to make it more personal and not relying so much on the pre-made layouts provided. I am rubbish at coding/ design so couldn't change all the things that I wanted to however I am happy with the current look :)

Rosie (c)

I changed the background to these cute little teacups that I drew on Paint (shock!). They are really sweet and look awesome tiled across the background. Whether you can tell what they are is another thing!

I also made a top banner on Paint aswell! I know it's not very good but I love the blue and pink and it's lovely and simple :)

Ooh and I have a new signature :) Check it out at the end of this post and all future posts :)

I hope you like the changes!

University bucket List

So seeing as Bucket Lists appear to be the cool thing to do nowadays, I am going to make one of my own. To be completed before the 1st July 2013 when I leave the world of student-hood and enter the big wide scary world.

1) Walk to Henley-on-Thames
2) Go to see Reading play at the Madjeski
3) Go rowing on the Thames
4) Run around the ENTIRE campus without getting knacked.
5) Go for a picnic by the lake

It's short, but I have to take and pass exams in the next couple of months too!
WIll keep you posted :) xox
