Mug Cookie

I saw this recipe the other day for a cookie in a mug and just had to give it a go!

Unfortunately on gathering my ingredients I realised I didn't have any chocolate chips or any regular flour. SO I subbed the regular flour for self-raising and the chocolate chips for sugar strands.
The result was a crumby cakey, cookieish concoction which was yummy! Next time I will use proper flour and hopefully it will be even nicer :)

♥ 1 Tablespoon of Butter
♥ 1 Tablespoon of Dark Brown Sugar
♥ 1 Tablespoon of Granulated Sugar
♥  3 Tablespoons of Plain Flour
♥ 1 Egg Yolk
♥ Vanilla Essence
♥ 1 Pinch of Salt
♥ 2 Tablespoons of chocolate chips (or sugar strands to mix in!)

To Do:
1. Melt the butter in your mug in the microwave.
2. Add both sugars, a splash of vanilla and salt and stir.
3. Add the egg yolk and stir thoroughly.
4. Add the flour and fold it in.
5. Cook in the microwave for 40-50 seconds.
6. Eat it up!
