Life's Cup of Tea

Highlights of a Weekday.

Bus Time... A couple of minutes sat at the bus stop means it's time to whip the book out. At the moment I am trying to re-read Harry Potter as I've forgotten loads of it!

Tea Time... Tea on the go, but nothing like a good cuppa mid-morning to keep energy / happiness levels up!

Lunch Time... And what better way to celebrate than a Marmite sandwich in a Marmite sandwich box! Au Revoir squished cling film wrapped sarnies!

Home Time... It's getting dark but watching the sun set over the sea with fairy lights twinkling along the promenade isn't a bad way to spend waiting for the bus!

What are the highlights of your week days?

  1. Lovely post, can you believe I've never read harry potter? I need to before anyone finds out! x

  2. I've been meaning to re-read Harry Potter. I've watched all the films recently with Lucas, but it's been an age since I've read the books.

Treating myself to a really, really good cup of coffee in my local indie coffee place was probably the 'little thing' highlight of my week :)

  3. That's definitely not a bad view from your bus stop! The highlight of my day is usually when someone in the office buys a packet of chocolate biscuits, closely followed by unexpected leftover food from executive meetings and the one day a month when the Book People man arrives :-) xx

  4. Your view from the bus stop beats mine :)

  5. Compared to the bus stop I use to have to wait by in York, that stop beats it by far!

  6. I just discovered your blog this morning - wow I love it! And what drew me in to this post was that it included two of my favourite things - Harry Potter and tea! I'll be honest, I've never tried Marmite (is it vegan?) and it's not very common in the United States. Perhaps I'll give it a try?

    New follower for sure :)
